Question: Where do the goods come from?
Answer: We are an Official Distributor of Real Madrid and Barcelona perfume products from European Countries and we have received an official license from AirVal International to distribute these products in Indonesia.
Question: Ready stock or pre-order items?
Answer: At present APA Indonesia has no Pre-Order system, so all items in APA Indonesia are ready stock.
2. Shipping
Question: How long does it usually take to arrive at my place?
Answer: Estimated delivery after being picked up by a third party courier is 2-5 working days in Java & 3-8 working days outside Java, specifically Papua & Maluku 7-15 working days. But calm down, it's usually faster, that's the longest estimate!
Question: Where can Indonesian shipments go anywhere? Then use the expedition service?
Answer: Delivery can be done to all cities in Indonesia. We use internal courier delivery services for Jakarta area shipping and JNE expeditions to outside Jakarta.

Question: Where's my receipt?
Answer: Receipt will be sent via SMS to the recipient's mobile number 1x24 hours from your item has been sent. If you have not received a receipt it could be due to signal problems only, please calm down and not have to worry because the item is definitely sent and you can ask via our WA.

Returns and Refunds
Question: Can the product purchased be returned?
Answer: Items that have been purchased cannot be returned. No need to worry about the goods will be damaged when shipping because we can make sure the packaging we do is very safe.
